    Standard Delivery: AED 10.00 within city area of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, U.A.Q, R.A.K, Ajman & Fujairah.
    Usually dispatches around 2 working days.
    You can avail free delivery If you spend AED 100.00 or more on a single order.

     

    ONLINE RETURNS

     

    If you are not completely happy with your online purchase you can return it to us, within 30 days of receipt. Provided you comply with the terms below we will refund the price of the goods.

     

    • If the product is faulty (meaning it is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described), again you can return it to us within 30 days, and we will refund the price paid, excluding delivery charge, to your original method of payment. Other than in the case of faulty products, we will only accept the return of unopened/ unused products.

     

    • Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns, or provide a refund, for opened and worn headphones and face masks unless the product is faulty.

     

    • Please make sure you have a copy of your order reference via email, or printed to show our colleagues.

     

    • When returning your purchase please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed or your replacement to be dispatched.

    UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

     

    • When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges).

     

    • We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those products, you're welcome to place a new order. A package may be 'undeliverable' because the address provided was incorrect.

     

    • We will refund these orders (excluding delivery charges) within 28 days of receiving them back to our store.

     

    • The following items cannot be exchanged: Special orders, dated items such as diaries and calendars, sale/clearance/discounted items, CDs, DVDs, and audiobooks, or other content contained on the digital media, travel books, study Aids, Children music books, Annuals, Cookbooks, pens/refills, spray, paint, markers, papers of all size.
